TeamHaven Mobile provides field representatives with an easy to use app for their mobile devices, empowering them to work efficiently and accurately. Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, installation is easy and upgrading is hassle-free. It is also available on ruggedised held-helds such as the Motorolla and Intermec ranges of barcode scanners.
We have partnered with Google to provide accurate mapping and address geocoding to all our clients... worldwide. Being able to accurately convert street addresses into geographical positions allows us to offer all kinds of enhanced capabilities, such as finding the people closest to unstaffed locations, or determining how close a rep was to a store when they filled out their questionnaire. Even basic tasks such as validating the accuracy of a customer-provided store list becomes much easier, as TeamHaven will quickly flag all the invalid addresses.
Ensure reps are always where they are supposed to be by using GPS check-in to capture their location. Because TeamHaven provides free address geocoding, the exact location of every store is always known, making it easy to determine whether reps are where they say they are.

Specify the skills that reps will earn experience in as they complete their visits and TeamHaven will take care of the rest. Rate your staff from 1-5 and ensure that only staff with the right skills and best ratings can be assigned to store visits.
Projects can be configured to allow suitable reps to assign themselves to vacant visits, provided they meet the staffing criteria specified by the Project Manager.
